Alexandre Lindenbojm

Founding Partner of Wright Capital

Alexandre Lindenbojm is a lawyer who has worked in several fields such as local and international tax planning, financial and structured transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and estate and succession planning. Since 2011, he has been working with asset management. Lindenbojm is currently dedicated to strengthening the ecosystem for social and environmental impact investments for ESG best practices, and to studying and disseminating venture philanthropy.

Eliane Lustosa

Former BNDES Capital Market Director

Eliane Aleixo Lustosa de Andrade holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC RJ). She holds a Ph.D. in Finance. The positions she held include Capital Market Director at BNDES, Chief Financial Officer at LLX Logística, Vice President of Finance and Control at Abril S/A, Director at the Administration and Finance Departments of Globex Utilidades group, and Chief Financial and Investments Officer at Petrobras Employee Pension Fund. She was also a member of the Executive Boards of Gerdau, CPFL, Coimex, and Fibria.

Marco Gorini

Marco Gorini is an entrepreneur and social investor. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC RJ) and an MBA from COPPEAD Graduate School of Business – Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. He is an expert in strategy, business modeling, and financial structuring. In the last 15 years, he has developed startups, companies, and projects with social and environmental impact. Winner of the G20 Challenge 2012 On Inclusive Business Innovation with Tenda Entrepreneurs Project.

Renata Ruggiero Moraes

CEO of Instituto Iguá

Moraes holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the School of Economy, Administration, and Accounting at the University of São Paulo (FEA-USP), and a
graduate degree in Business Administration from Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV). Over the past 20 years, she worked as an executive in charge of the Sustainability, Communication, and Organizational Development areas of large companies, such as Banco Real (currently Banco Santander) and Racional Engenharia. She is the co-creator of Ideal Invest, an impact investment fund, focused on higher education in Brazil. She has also led sustainability projects in BID, she was the Executive Officer of Instituto Reciclar, and founder and president of the LACE Project.

Daniel Contrucci

Co-founder of Climate Ventures and Aoka. Contrucci holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Liberal Arts from Santa Monica College and a Bachelor's degree in Tourism from Universidade Paulista; he holds a specialist degree in Theory U, Innovation, and Prototyping from MIT.
He has 15 years of experience supporting entrepreneurship and the economic and cultural development of traditional communities throughout Brazil. He started his entrepreneurial career in 2007 when he co-founded Associação ProScience. In 2009 he co-founded Aoka Tours and in 2013 Aoka Labs, a Social Innovation consultancy firm that developed several innovation projects for some of the largest companies, governments, and CSOs. In 2018, he co-founded Climate Ventures.

As a consultant of alternative assets, he assists Brazilian investors with investments in Private Equity and Venture Capital funds in the United States, Israel, and Brazil.
Matsuda has over 15 years of experience in VC.
He was a founding partner of Performa Investimentos and was responsible for early-stage initiatives, funds management, and direct investments in accelerators and companies in Brazil and abroad.
He was a board member of Abvcap and is currently responsible for the Venture Capital initiatives in this association. He is also a board member of Anjos do Brasil and one of the founders of the advocacy group Dínamo.

Leonardo Letelier

Leonardo has over 20 years of experience in business, finance, and in the social sector. He was the director of the Economic Citizenship for All initiative at Ashoka and worked at McKinsey for 8 years. Before that, he worked with derivatives and at CADE, the Brazilian antitrust agency. He was elected Synergos Senior Fellow and Responsible Leader at BMW Foundation. Leonardo is recognized as one of the pioneers in the Social Finance and Impact Investing segment, globally and in Brazil, having worked as the executive co-director of the Brazilian Social Finances Task Force. He holds an MBA degree from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering from the University of São Paulo (USP).

Deise Gomes Coelho

Coelho holds a Specialist degree in Environmental Sanitation from the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE) and the Catholic University of Pernambuco (UNICAP). She worked for Companhia Pernambucana de Saneamento (1990 to 1992). She is an expert in the adoption of the Condominium Model, especially for low-income areas (responsible for contract coordination with IDB to disseminate this model as a social technical system at the scientific, academic, business, and professional levels in Latin American countries.

Vanessa Viana

Vanessa Viana was co-founder of the Private Equity department of Banco Bradesco BBI, and she worked as a General Partner of a BRL 2 billion private equity fund. Vanessa has made Private Equity investments in LOG Commercial Properties, an MRV subsidiary with a market value of over BRL 1.1 billion. She has also made the first Seed / Venture Capital investment in Bradesco's history in a startup called Smartia Corretora de Seguros.
Vanessa was responsible for designing the venture-building practice for the startups that received investments from the VC fund in the amount of BRL 100 million. The fund was created as part of Bradesco's Corporate Venture strategy (InovaBra Ventures). Through this practice, Vanessa assisted the portfolio companies in the implementation of strategic planning, business plans, accounting practices, ERP, internal controls, budget procedures, CFO hiring process, stock option plans, external auditor selection (Big 4), corporate governance, go-to-market strategy, and international expansion plans.

She was a member of the Board of Directors of LOG Commercial Properties, Smartia and SMR Holding, Semantix, Rede Frete Fácil, and Vendas Ativas.
Additionally, she held the partial settlement event for Haztec Gestão de Resíduos Ambientais, a waste management company based in Rio de Janeiro.

Over the past years, Vanessa has analyzed more than 100 opportunities for investment, both independently and in collaboration with other Private Equity firms. Vanessa covered several sectors such as Oil & Gas, Real Estate, Retail, Industrial Activities of Various Fields, Animal Health, Information Technology, and Financial Services, among others.

Nieto guides startups to improve their projects and increase their impact. Coordinator of ClimateLaunchpad and What Design Can Do. He has worked for a multinational company, and a family business, and has been an entrepreneur twice. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Marketing from the Higher Education School of Advertising and Marketing (ESPM), as well as an MBA in Sustainability from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV). Lucas unconditionally believes in the cliché of making the world a better place, and his career was driven by this principle. He is passionate about soccer and considered pursuing a career in soccer in the past, which led him to play for some clubs. This experience has influenced (until today!) his world perspective.

Bocayuva holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Universidade Paulista and a graduate degree in Finance. Over the last 12 years, she has worked in organizations such as Fundação Tide Setúbal and Criança Segura Safe Kids Brasil, in the areas of Administration, Resource Mobilization, Institutional Partnerships, and Impact Projects. Currently, she is the Operations Coordinator at Instituto Iguá.
